Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if provided by the carrier). If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/promotions folder.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible—address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may contact you to confirm an updated address. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product(s). We will review and assist.
