Returns & Refunds

This policy explains when returns and refunds may be available. If you have questions about an order, please contact us.

Eligibility

For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products are generally not eligible for return. Unopened items may be eligible if returned within the timeframe below and in original condition.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After approval, the item must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in our instructions.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product(s). We’ll review and assist.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary by payment provider and bank.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are typically not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened consumable products (including supplements)
• Items with missing seals, altered packaging, or signs of use
• Clearance / final sale items (if marked as such)
• Gift cards (if applicable)

How to Request a Return

To request a return or report an issue, contact us via the Contact page and include:

• Order number
• Your email used at checkout
• Reason for the request
• Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Unless required by law or otherwise stated, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect an approved return (if applicable), we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unauthorized or premature chargebacks may delay resolution.
